Anything that I’ve needed fixing whether it was a broken door, toilet or microwave, it would be fixed very quickly. The maintenance team is awesome. We have lived here for a year now and haven't experienced anything outside of normal apartment living. On move-in day the apartment was not finished completely but Bayley ensured that it would be finished by end of business day, and it was. Other reviews have stated issues regarding insects coming in but if you live on the bottom floor, it should be expected, however I have not had an issue. The exterminator comes regularly. I also spray Ortho Home Defense outside my doors and patio, which has helped. I have not noticed any mold or bug problems that other reviews mentioned. Any maintenance requests are answered promptly. During heavy snow, the maintenance crew removed snow promptly. The upper part of the community is quiet and there is adequate parking most days. The building we live in seems to have either working or retired families, so the noise level is minimal. The pool area is nice. Bayley is friendly and professional when community and does a great job addressing any concerns. The apartments do seem a little expensive but it's comparable to others in the area. The location is also easily accessible to grocery stores, restaurants and highways.
